What you will work on:
  • Lead positioning and messaging across enterprise and retail segments, developing narratives that resonate with developers, product teams, and C-level buyers.

  • Partner closely with product to influence roadmap and translate features into compelling customer value propositions.

  • Lead product launches across retail and enterprise segments:

    • Retail - build a repeatable self-serve launch process

    • Enterprise - drive strategic, high-touch enterprise launches in close collaboration with product, sales, and enablement.

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of pricing and packaging strategies to support monetization and growth.

  • Enable sales and solutions engineering teams with the materials, tools, and training needed to drive enterprise deals including pitch decks, objection handling, competitive intel, and talk tracks.

  • Develop collateral and sales tools (one-pagers, case studies, landing pages) that support both top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel conversations.

  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to inform GTM strategies and optimize for growth.

  • Self-serve conversion and activation through better onboarding, in-product messaging, and launch support.

Who you are:
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including in both enterprise and product-led (retail) contexts.

  • Experience in developer tools, application platforms, or low-code/no-code solution

  • Demonstrated success in building positioning and messaging frameworks that support sales and drive adoption.

  • Deep experience launching technical products and collaborating cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and packaging strategies.

  • Skilled in building sales enablement programs and collateral that drive pipeline and deal velocity.

  • Exceptional storyteller and communicator, able to tailor messaging across technical and business audiences.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid growth

  • Experience in growth
