  • Oversee Business Intelligence and analytics alignment to ensure product reporting architecture, including video reporting and measurement, is accurately developed, maintained, and translated into actionable insights.

Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Establish and maintain repeatable, streamlined operational workflows across Ad Product, Video Production, Inventory, Planning, and Implementation teams.

  • Evaluate product capacity and utilization, including video inventory and content supply, identifying new areas for campaign delivery and guiding operational teams on strategy execution.

  • Act as central liaison across Sales, Production, and Marketing Solutions to assess feasibility, scope custom client solutions (including video-led programs), shape renewal strategies, and align capabilities with market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of proven product marketing, digital strategy, or brand management experience within digital media, publishing, or pharma marketing, including experience marketing video or other rich-media products.

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach; well-versed in digital media concepts, ad serving, programmatic platforms, and measurement frameworks, including video advertising standards and metrics (e.g., VAST/VPAID, completion rate, viewability).

  • Demonstrated track record of managing new product rollouts, writing technical/business requirements, and leading cross-functional teams from alignment through post-launch analysis.

  • Proven ability to design, scale, and optimize cross-functional workflows and program logistics for complex digital, video, and broadcast offerings.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and familiarity with DMP/DSP/SSPs, Ad Servers, and video ad platforms or players.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
