About the position:

The Product Marketing Manager, SASE drives the overall product marketing strategy and execution for Netskope’s core Secure Access Service Edge solution, partnering with the SD-WAN PMM to deliver a compelling solution message. This role will work closely with stakeholders across product management, business development, field, channel, and marketing to identify, implement, and execute the go-to-market strategy for Netskope’s leading Netskope One SASE product suite and core SWG, CASB and ZTNA components. This includes identifying the market opportunity, developing differentiated marketing messaging and positioning content, and programs, and enabling our sales and channel partners.

This is a strategic role that will have responsibility for working with leadership to develop clear plans and goals and work across the organization to drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the evolution of our SASE solution suite messaging as the market evolves, positioning the suite as the core component of the Netskope One platform.
  • Design, enablement, execution, and measurement of product marketing and go to market (GTM) plans.
  • Working closely with the product, competitive, and field teams, create messaging and content that provides compelling, differentiated value propositions, and increase awareness and engagement.
  • Develop marketing/campaign plans, working closely with demand generation and digital teams to create an industry-leading customer experience and customer journey; identify and drive key programs and plans that result in greater market reach, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Identify metrics and drive regular communication on progress for the product marketing and marketing organization.
  • Identify the tools or capabilities needed to increase sales and channel impact and performance.
  • Jointly own the AR engagement for strong business outcomes. 
  • Be a subject matter expert and a go-to resource for data protection across the Netskope One platform, including the underlying ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and SD-WAN solutions in interactions with customers, analysts, and press.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience with experience in SaaS and data security.
  • Experience in SWG, CASB and ZTNA are a big plus.
  • Ability to effectively engage with and influence cross-functional teams at the strategic and technical levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiating skills.
  • “Get-it-done-right” and a “Finishiative” attitude is key, taking on extreme ownership with the ability to prioritize multiple requirements while remaining agile to market changes.
Education and Travel:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, extremely complex technical projects – samples of this work are desired
  • Travel: 25% +/-

Compensation: 

At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions. 

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.

In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site. 

Salary Range
$165,000$235,500 USD
