About Aditude

We're really, really into ad ops tech (really). At Aditude we want to help our publishers maximize revenue and make their lives easier with smarter, faster, more innovative, and more customized technology. In 2023, we raised 15 million in Series A funding led by Volition Capital allowing us to add to our team and further our mission of helping publishers do what they do better. With over 1600 sites and apps using our tech, we currently have over 1 trillion ads served to date, and over 1 billion ad impressions daily. With the recent acquisition of Hashtag Labs, we only expect this number to continue to grow exponentially. We are looking for team members who are obsessed with supporting our publishers, who default to action, and who enjoy solving complex problems. If that sounds like you, we are excited to connect!

The opportunity

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to build Aditude's product marketing function from the ground up. In this role, the ideal candidate will own corporate positioning, buyer persona development, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement — translating Aditude's deep technical capabilities into a clear, differentiated story that helps our commercial team win. You'll work directly with the CRO, Director of Marketing, CEO, and play a central role in how Aditude positions itself against competitors and breaks into the enterprise market.

What you'll do:
  • Build and maintain Aditude's messaging house: overarching positioning, key value propositions, competitive differentiators, and proof points.

  • Develop buyer personas grounded in customer research, including pain points, buying triggers, and success KPIs.

  • Lead win/loss analysis to ground positioning in real deal dynamics and surface competitive strengths and opportunities.

  • Build a solution-selling framework and Jobs-To-Be-Done use case library that maps buyer personas to Aditude's product suite.

  • Create and maintain master product documentation: technical FAQs, objection handling guides, and competitive battle cards.

  • Build Aditude's product architecture map — a visual framework showing how products interconnect and map to buyer needs.

  • Design and execute an internal enablement framework to roll out new messaging and train the sales team.

  • Define and track product marketing KPIs — including win rate impact, sales cycle velocity, content utilization, and message pull-through — to measure the effectiveness of enablement and positioning initiatives.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into clear, buyer-facing language.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to integrate product marketing into Aditude's broader content, events, and channel strategy.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or ad tech.

  • Proven experience building messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and sales enablement materials from scratch, not just iterating on existing ones.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop competitive intelligence that actually gets used — battle cards, positioning guides, and objection handling that sales teams reach for.

  • Strong writing skills; you can produce polished, concise copy that converts across decks, one-pagers, and web.

  • Comfortable operating independently in a lean team and managing up to senior stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar.

Nice to have:
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly.

  • Experience with publisher-side or supply-side ad tech (SSP, header bidding, Prebid, ad server).

  • Background at a company that uses SaaS positioning.

  • Experience standing up a product marketing function at an early-stage or scale-up company.

Feeling uneasy that you haven't ticked every box? That's okay, we've felt that way too. Studies have shown women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet all qualifications. We encourage you to break the status quo and apply to roles that would make you excited to come to work every day.

Why join Aditude:
  • Salary: In this role, you'll receive a competitive base salary of $110,000 to $140,000 annually.

  • Annual Bonus Potential

  • 100% remote with a global footprint

  • 401K Match with immediate vest

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Unlimited Time Off + 11 Holidays + Christmas week to recharge

  • Opportunity to join a fast growing technology company!

Aditude is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diverse backgrounds and welcome everyone to apply for employment with us. We are committed to fostering an environment that is inclusive, transparent, and collaborative. We do not discriminate against any protected class and strive to create environments where everyone can thrive. We embrace our differences and know that we are stronger working together.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
