About the Role

*(Remote outside of NYC, Hybrid 1-2 days if based in NYC)

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of go-to-market strategy for key products and initiatives within Nabla's portfolio. This role is built for someone who can flex across a range of surface areas — self-service users, clinical decision support, integrations, or competitive intelligence — and figure out where product marketing can have the greatest leverage in support of our growth goals.

You won't be handed a fixed lane. You'll help define it: identifying which products or initiatives most need a strong GTM owner, then driving them from positioning through launch and market traction. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable moving between strategic and hands-on work, who can independently prioritize where their time creates the most impact, and who wants real ownership over outcomes rather than a narrowly scoped mandate.

What You'll Do
  • Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end for one or more products or initiatives — potential areas include self-service users, clinical decision support, integrations, or competitive intelligence — adapting your focus as the business's growth priorities evolve

  • Build positioning and messaging grounded in buyer personas, pain points, and market needs, and translate complex technical capabilities into clear, audience-specific narratives

  • Partner directly with Product and Engineering leads as a named GTM counterpart, shaping roadmap input from a market perspective

  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence practice that sharpens messaging and informs GTM decisions across the portfolio

  • Develop sales enablement assets — decks, one-pagers, battlecards — in partnership with Content Marketing

  • Partner with Demand Gen on programs that drive pipeline, adoption, and expansion

  • Support Customer Success with onboarding and adoption content

  • Define and track success metrics for your product(s)' launch and adoption

  • Represent product positioning at industry events

  • Proactively identify where product marketing can best support company growth goals, and adjust your focus and priorities accordingly

Your DNA

Experience & Skills

  • 6-10 years of product marketing experience in enterprise software, AI, or SaaS (healthcare a plus, not required)

  • Track record of owning GTM strategy end-to-end for a product, feature area, or initiative — from positioning through launch and adoption

  • Experience using competitive intelligence and market insight to shape messaging and strategic decisions

  • Demonstrated flexibility — comfortable moving between different products or initiatives as priorities shift, and figuring out where to focus without needing a fixed brief

  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate complex, technical product capability into clear, audience-specific narrative

  • Effective cross-functional collaborator, including with Product, Sales, and CS

  • Experience partnering directly with Product and Engineering as a GTM counterpart

Mindset

  • Self-starter who takes ownership without needing heavy oversight

  • Energized by fast-moving, high-growth environments and ambiguity

  • Thinks like an operator — instinctively looks for where product marketing can move the needle on growth, rather than waiting to be told

  • Excited by full ownership of outcomes, not just execution of someone else's plan

Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must be able to maintain authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future. For this role, the Company is not able to sponsor, transfer, or extend employment-based visas or other work authorization.

Life at Nabla

When you become a part of our company, you join a team of excellence-driven, curious, and genuinely kind individuals. Together, we're committed to making clinicians' lives easier and improving healthcare experiences for everyone. We believe in a world where clinicians can focus on what they were trained to do - caring for their patients, and where no patient feels their visit was rushed.

We come to work excited to leverage AI to do more for clinicians. We’re obsessed with our users’ satisfaction and we actively seek out opportunities to engage one-on-one with clinicians to understand how Nabla can better help. We consistently look for ways to improve and do not shy away from doing the work to excel. Whether it’s a feature our users asked for, or a new article for our blog, we prioritize collaboration to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We love having fun as much as we love work. Our #nablabla channel is as active as our #feature-show-off channel, we exercise during the work day at least 3 times a week (yoga, running, pilates, or HIIT, your choice!), enjoy regular off-sites to gather the team, and travel to see each other in places like NY, Paris, San Francisco, and many other vibrant cities. Oh, and we’re constantly snacking on chocolate or nuts!

If this sounds like an environment you’ll thrive in, we look forward to reading your application!

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
