As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our identity solutions are positioned, launched, and brought to market globally. You’ll turn complex products and customer needs into clear, compelling stories that resonate with the right audiences.

Working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll develop strong product narratives, support go-to-market strategies, and use data and experimentation to understand what works and continuously improve our approach.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Shape how we tell our product story
    Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across key industries, customer segments, personas, and markets. You’ll make sure our story is clear, relevant, and consistent while adapting it to local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Know the market and help us stay ahead of it
    Keep a close eye on market trends, emerging opportunities, and the competitive landscape. You’ll dig into how competitors position, price, and bring their products to market, then turn those insights into clear differentiation and actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing.
  • Bring the customer perspective into the room
    Use customer feedback, journey data, and performance insights to understand what customers need, where they experience friction, and what drives value. You’ll translate those insights into stronger product priorities and campaigns that support adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Turn product launches into market moments
    Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and features across priority segments and geographies. You’ll partner with Growth Marketing on campaigns and demand generation, while giving Sales the tools they need to succeed from training and presentations to case studies and persona-specific messaging.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong experience with product positioning, market segmentation, personas, and go-to-market strategy.
  • A solid understanding of how to adapt messaging across different markets, channels, and audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with market research, competitive intelligence, and using customer insights to shape product and marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex products and ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Experience partnering across Product, Sales, Growth, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Confidence working with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing tools.
