About the role

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take charge of developing audience-backed, research-driven inbound product marketing strategies. You’ll help define personas, craft value propositions, and lead the charge on go-to-market messaging and feature rollouts. Your role will require a structured approach to managing the feedback loop between Product and Sales, ensuring that commercial requirements are consistently defined, validated, aligned and correctly prioritized. You’ll also collaborate with content marketing to amplify product launches, optimize review platforms, and drive both pre- and post-sale outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform personas development, positioning, and messaging frameworks.

  • Manage the feedback loop between front line teams and product development, ensuring market needs and customer feedback are influencing product priorities.

  • Define messaging strategies at the competitive, value, and feature levels, ensuring consistent narratives across all marketing and sales touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with content marketing to create and distribute product-focused content, including in-app messaging and launch materials.

  • Lead the execution of feature rollouts and product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Drive post-sale product marketing efforts, supporting customer adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives.

  • Optimize organic customer reviews on platforms like G2 to improve visibility, reputation, and customer feedback loops.

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing at growth-stage tech companies (experience in large tech/established companies not ideal).

  • Strong background in audience research, with the ability to extract actionable insights and translate them into impactful product strategies.

  • Superb writing and messaging skills, with experience crafting competitive positioning, feature-level messaging, and value propositions.

  • Highly organized and structured, with experience managing feedback loops between product teams, sales, and business development.

  • Familiarity with post-sale initiatives, including product adoption, upselling, and retention efforts.

  • Experience collaborating with content and creative marketing teams to develop and amplify product-related content.

  • Knowledge of organic review platforms (e.g., G2) and strategies to optimize brand visibility and engagement.

  • Bonus if they are certified as a PMM through industry programs like PMA, CXL, etc.

MoeGo offers a competitive compensation package (base salary, performance bonus, and benefits). This includes flexible benefit plans to employees and their family members at no cost to the employees and 401(k) matching.

MoeGo is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, and is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
