The Product Marketing Manager will drive the marketing strategy for PushPress, connecting technology and fitness, while ensuring brand growth and customer engagement.
About PushPress
PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.
We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.
We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.
We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.
Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our talented team and make a meaningful impact across our growing product portfolio. As the second PMM hire at PushPress, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, CX, and Marketing to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and growth. You will play a key role in shaping how we position and launch new products, enter new verticals, and enable both product-led and sales-led growth. The ideal candidate is a world-class product marketer who brings a strong strategic lens to their work — while being hands-on in building programs, messaging, and campaigns that connect with our customers and move the business forward.
What You'll Do
- Own the go-to-market and adoption strategy for key product areas — including positioning, messaging, launch planning, enablement, and scalable adoption playbooks
- Translate product innovation into customer value by partnering closely with Product, Engineering, CX, Sales, and the broader Marketing team.
- Uncover customer and competitive insights and transform them into compelling narratives and differentiated messaging that resonates across channels
- Equip Sales and Enablement teams with the right assets, talk tracks, and training to effectively communicate value and close deals
- Define and track success metrics for product marketing efforts — including demo conversion, product adoption, campaign performance, and new logo acquisition
- Lead user research and feedback loops to gather insights and identify opportunities to refine GTM strategies and improve customer engagement
- Drive end-to-end product storytelling across every touchpoint — from in-app copy and working with Lifecycle on emails to supporting Content in the development of webpages, and beyond
- Act as a strategic partner to GTM teams to support launches, scale adoption, and tailor efforts for multiple product lines and vertical-specific initiatives
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing at companies with well-established GTM practices
- Experience supporting multiple product lines across both product-led and sales-led growth motions
- A track record of successful product launches and adoption programs
- Comfort rolling up your sleeves in a startup-paced environment with aggressive OKRs and evolving processes
- Strong collaboration chops — you'll work cross-functionally with PMs, Eng, Sales, Marketing, and CX
- Excellent communicator and storyteller — you're equally fluent in data, product value, and customer benefit
- Bonus: Familiarity with the fitness/wellness space or tools supporting SMBs
