Product Marketing Manager

North- Remote US

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop  product messaging and positioning that is customer (merchant) centric.
  • Research and understand industry trends in the competitive landscape.
  • Define and lead pilot programs to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback that can inform improvements to features prior to launch. 
  • Collect, interpret, and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization.
  • Manage product marketing activities related to product launches, including but not limited to: app store assets; internal and external training content and demos; email marketing campaigns; blogs and social media; videos; etc. 
  • Partner with Sales  on creating sales enablement tools, such as decks or sell sheets. 
  • Partner with internal teams on creating support tools, such as maintaining the knowledge base. 
  • Champion the merchant and their customers to offer a stable, secure, and seamless payments experience.

What we need from you:

  • BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing
  • Experience in financial services or financial technology.
  • Must be a creative and strategic product thinker.
  • Must be a storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills to identify user challenges and needs.  
  • Ability to positively influence others and maintain effective business relationships. 
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work through uncertainty. 
  • Must have an interest in, or knowledge of, Financial Technology.  
  • Must have working knowledge of agile marketing process.

Additional Information:

Travel Requirements:  Up to 20%

License and Certification Requirements:  CPP certified in 18 months

Salary Range: $65,000- $100,000
