About the Role

This is a role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You’ll dive deep into product capabilities, customer needs, and market dynamics to craft messaging that’s simple, differentiated, and impactful. There’s plenty of space to bring fresh ideas, try new tools (especially AI), and push marketing forward in creative, modern ways. With the category evolving fast, this is an opportunity to shape how we show up and stand out.

As a core member of the Product Marketing team, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Intelligent Pay. You’ll help shape the product narrative, support launches, and create enablement, all in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.   • Shape the story. Contribute strategically to GTM initiatives, including persona development, to accelerate growth.
  • Champion the product. Act as a key product advocate who understands the market and competitive landscape and can support thought leadership together with Syndio domain experts. 
  • Lead launches that land. Partner with Product to drive launches and GTM programs that align with the roadmap and accelerate adoption and revenue.
  • Create tools sellers love. Build sales decks, selling guides, demo scripts, and videos to move prospects and customers through the sales cycle.
  • Experiment regularly. Use the latest AI tools to fast-track research and test new creative formats to accelerate Syndio’s mission amidst changing market dynamics.
  • Create content that scales. Develop and scale targeted messaging and marketing assets that amplify impact across channels.
  • Grow fast. Expand your strategic toolkit and contribute to product strategy in a category that’s reinventing itself.
About You:
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with a strong desire to go deep on understanding new products and communicating their value across multiple formats.
  • Experience contributing to GTM strategy and execution for a product or product line.
  • Strong storytelling skills across written, visual, and verbal formats, with sharp editing instincts, AI prompting fluency, and critical thinking.
  • Curious and creative, with a passion for learning, innovation, and experimenting with AI tools for research, content, and messaging.
  • Technical aptitude and/or interest in building and delivering demos. 
  • Collaborative and clear communicator who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
  • A critical thinker who brings fresh perspective and sound judgment to fast-moving work.

  • 💰 Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $110-$130k USD per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

Role progression:
  • Within 1 month, you’ll complete a comprehensive onboarding to get up to speed on Syndio’s solutions and evolving landscape. You’ll meet key stakeholders and learn the platform demo.
  • Within 3 months, you’ll contribute to GTM assets and execute product launches. You’ll support product enablement for Sales, gather customer feedback, and use your learnings to develop new marketing campaigns. 
  • Within 6 months, you’ll help track the success of GTM plans, continue supporting and improving product launches and campaigns, and analyze their impact on pipeline and adoption, bringing a strategic lens to everything you do.
