Product Marketing Manager

Lantern is in a transformative phase in growth and our market positioning. We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a central role in building our product marketing practice into a strategic hub for the commercial organization. If you’re passionate about healthcare and love working in a fast paced, rapidly scaling, high-growth organization, this is the role for you.

Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop messaging frameworks and narratives that relay our brand value to specific audiences.
  • Create internal and external sales enablement collateral—including buyer personas, objection handling, presentations, one-pagers, customer case studies, and product demos—that increase win rates and reduce deal cycles. Consistently update and evolve materials to ensure accurate messaging and data; maintain strict quality standards for all public facing content.
  • Research and analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor positioning, and empower cross-functional teams with relevant insights.
  • Influence the product roadmap by surfacing insights from from client, partner, and member feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop, implement and manage scalable processes, such as reporting, win/loss analysis, and member testimonials, to scale impact and ensure consistent application of best practices.
  • Help establish the Product Marketing function at Lantern as a force multiplier for our growth strategy.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare industry 
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to pair impactful language with effective visuals
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to tell compelling, results-driven stories
  • Strong listening skills to translate high-level conversations into clear, actionable takeaways
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a highly collaborative way
  • Familiarity with established product marketing best practices and ability to replicate past success at Lantern
  • Possess a resourceful, "find a way" attitude with a team-player mentality
  • Passion for healthcare and a genuine curiosity about business dynamics 
  • Experience with Figma is a plus
  • Experience in start-up environments or fast paced, rapidly scaling organizations is a plus
