We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help lead Sales Enablement and Training efforts as well as assist in defining and executing inbound and outbound marketing activities for UltraViolet Cyber services in a manner that resonates with our audiences in an authentic, meaningful way.
 
The Product Marketing Manager’s key responsibilities will be to work cross-functionally to deliver a series of internal and external tools to support and manage a number of go-to-market activities for product/services launches (such as datasheets, product presentations, and press releases), digital (such as website copy, social media, and blogs), demand generation (email marketing, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and videos), and internal sales tool development (such as messaging documents, product training and FAQs). You will help grow sales pipeline by devising strategies and content to accelerate funnel activities.
 
This individual will report to the Head of Marketing and be a key member of the team with cross-functional responsibility to interface with Demand Generation, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success.  

What You'll Do:

  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition and differentiation of services to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process (including product/alliance training, prospecting guides, email templates, and sales playbooks)
  •  Product positioning and messaging - differentiate UltraViolet Cyber and its services in the market (value propositions, messaging documents, datasheets, and release features/capabilities)
  •  Product launch – plan and deliver core collateral for the launch of new services and releases by working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on the competition and how to crush them; be able to train the sales team on how to best position UltraViolet Cyber against the competition with the tools to do so
  • Thought leadership – build greater awareness in the market through blogs, bylines and social content
  •  Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing deliverables that drive demand for UltraViolet Cyber’s services (own and curate website content; create compelling collateral/assets to support specific marketing campaigns/programs)

What You've Done:

  • US Citizenship Required
  • 3+ years of product marketing with demonstrated success, preferably in cybersecurity or technology-related field
  • Ability to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts (e.g., MDR, SIEM, Offensive Security Services) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Success in creating and communicating clear messaging/positioning that presents a compelling strategic vision, articulates technical differentiation and demonstrates business value for both internal sellers and our customers
  • Proven track record of launching products or services to market
  • In-depth experience in developing and delivering sales tools and content that drive pipeline, higher win rates, and revenue
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills
  • “High-horsepower” thinker – “High Execution” doer
  • Loves to tinker and adopt new technologies to accelerate work product and gain efficiencies in role
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
  • Experience with platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelors degree in business or a quantitative major is ideal; technical background a plus
