We’re seeking a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to execute product launches and support go-to-market initiatives across our self-serve and direct sales business. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive successful rollout, positioning, and adoption. We’re looking for a strong executor who can translate established priorities into clear, polished launch, messaging, and enablement assets.
Our primary audiences include developers, mobile app teams, and technical product managers. This role requires the ability to translate platform capabilities AI, integrations, and automation into compelling narratives and practical materials for both technical and business stakeholders.
Much of the work will focus on delivering product and feature launch materials and sales-facing content such as decks, one-pagers, and competitive assets, while helping refine messaging and differentiation in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Execute Product & Feature Launches
- Own execution of product and feature launches based on strategic direction
- Develop launch materials across technical and business audiences, including blogs, release notes, product pages, technical explainers, and enablement content
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate platform capabilities (AI, integrations, data workflows, automation) into clear, differentiated messaging
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Support Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQs
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure materials clearly articulate product value and differentiation
- Refresh and optimize assets based on product updates, competitive shifts, and field feedback to improve onboarding, retention, activations, and upsell
Collaborate & Operate Independently
- Independently execute polished, accurate deliverables
- Gather technical and customer insights to strengthen launch and enablement content
- Proactively identify gaps in launch or enablement content and fill them
- Monitor competitive landscape, AI, and industry trends to ensure materials remain relevant and compelling
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company in martech, customer engagement platforms, developer tools, or marketing automation
- Proven track record of owning and executing successful product launches end to end
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear value propositions for both product and developers teams (blog posts, technical guides) and business decision-makers (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards)
- Strong technical fluency: Comfortable explaining AI features, SDKs, integrations, and platform capabilities to multiple audiences
- Experience with and interest in AI/ML applications in marketing or customer engagement (predictive analytics, personalization, intelligent segmentation)
- Self-directed executor who can independently manage multiple launches and priorities while delivering high-quality work on deadline
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
The New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $130,000 to $155,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications.
