Daxko's Product Marketing Manager is the intelligence engine behind how we understand and reach the health and wellness market. You'll own the research, insight, and competitive analysis that shapes how Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership make decisions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, and it's built for someone who gets genuinely curious about an industry and wants to become the internal expert on it.
What you'll do
- Own market intelligence across Daxko's verticals, tracking industry trends, competitor moves, key influencers, and audience shifts to keep the team sharp and ahead
- Build annual intelligence strategies for each target market, giving Brand Managers the insights they need to execute with confidence
- Produce and deliver research and trend assets that directly inform marketing strategy and go-to-market planning
- Support the marketing strategy and GTM efforts behind Daxko Exchange and related partnerships
- Partner with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to align strategy across product lines and ensure coordinated execution
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team, including board decks and results reviews
- Write clear, compelling proposals to get market strategies and initiatives approved by leadership
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy, brand management, or market research
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex research into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working across teams and managing multiple workstreams without losing the details
- Familiarity with Salesforce and a working understanding of market research concepts, including Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) or outcome-driven innovation (ODI) frameworks
- A genuine interest in the fitness, health, and wellness industry
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience contributing to executive or board-level reporting
- Background in competitive intelligence or go-to-market strategy

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The pay range for this role is $73,200 – $125,000 per year.
