Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can drive strategic go-to-market initiatives, lead cross-functional alignment, and define how Dragos positions itself in the market. You’ll be a senior voice in shaping our narrative, owning key segments, mentoring teammates, and partnering directly with Product and sales leadership to influence the roadmap and GTM execution.

If you’re a seasoned PMM who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you want to apply that expertise to protecting critical infrastructure from nation-state adversaries, this is your opportunity to do the most important work of your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of market segmentation, ICP definitions, and frameworks that align the entire GTM organization around a clear, winning strategy.
  • Drive launches for major product releases and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless cross-functional execution and measurable business impact.
  • Build and oversee the development of world-class sales and partner enablement programs, from persona-based messaging guides to competitive intelligence systems that make every rep a stronger seller.
  • Work with analyst relations, PR, and content teams to influence how Dragos is perceived in the market—from briefings to industry reports and thought leadership platforms.
  • Serve as  a key driver to establishing repeatable frameworks and processes and raising the overall quality and impact of the function.

Qualifications:

  •  8+ years in product marketing with demonstrated ownership and execution of positioning, launches, and GTM strategy.
  • Deep experience in B2B enterprise technology; cybersecurity or OT/ICS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
  • Track record of developing messaging and content that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives, analysts, and customers.
  • Strong analytical mindset: you use data to prioritize, measure success, and continually improve.
  • Experience mentoring or managing other PMMs is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary:  $165,000
  • Competitive Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Benefits Plan

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
