We believe in transforming the way people find what they love by creating industry-leading digital experiences, personalization AI technology, and a suite of custom internal products that support our unique business model.

About the Role

As a Product Operations Lead at Stitch Fix, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent execution and alignment across our Product, Engineering, and Data Science disciplines, as well as various business functions, to drive outsized impact for Stitch Fix. Specifically, you will be responsible for product operations within an 80+ person Tech organization focused on merchandising and supply chain systems—including inventory planning, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment center technology, logistics, and last-mile shipping.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
  • Drive the development and execution of OKRs and roadmaps in close partnership with Tech and Product leadership, ensuring alignment with company priorities and operational needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Data Science, Merchandising, Fulfillment Ops, and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies, align on priorities, and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Enable exceptional end-to-end execution by translating operational feedback from planners, vendors, and warehouse teams into product opportunities, coordinating launches that span both digital and physical operations, and strengthening the post-launch feedback loop.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, program trackers, and initiative summaries that enable leadership to view roadmap progress, cross-functional dependencies, and overall delivery health across fulfillment and merchandising initiatives.
  • Oversee the tools and platforms used by the product team to ensure effective execution, collaboration, and information flow. Streamline product development processes and org-wide documentation to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with the Tech leadership team to identify team, organizational, and ongoing education opportunities. Support onsite and strategic planning.
  • Drive special projects to identify and execute new opportunities, technologies, and areas to double down on that will drive meaningful business impact.
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–8 years of experience in product operations, product management, strategy operations, program management, strategy consulting, or a similar role.
  • You are inquisitive and proactive—driven by challenge and motivated by building strong relationships to accomplish shared goals. You are flexible, with the ability to clearly communicate trade-offs and influence decisions across teams.
  • You have a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional product portfolios (e.g., 30+ workstreams across 8+ teams)—navigating dependencies, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable business impact.
  • You are a strong communicator, with extensive experience influencing and distilling complex problems for different audiences, regardless of discipline or level.
  • You have experience mastering product management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
  • You value mindfulness and lead with kindness, fostering a thoughtful and inclusive approach to collaboration and decision-making.
  • You are a proactive, self-motivated problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, collaborates well across teams, and brings structure and clarity where none exists.
  • You believe in our mission of helping our clients to look, feel, and be their best selves.
Why you'll love working at Stitch Fix...
  • We are a group of bright, kind people who are motivated by challenge. We value integrity, innovation and trust. You’ll bring these characteristics to life in everything you do at Stitch Fix.
  • We cultivate a community of diverse perspectives— all voices are heard and valued.
  • We are an innovative company and leverage our strengths in fashion and tech to disrupt the future of retail.
  • We win as a team, commit to our work, and celebrate grit together because we value strong relationships.
  • We boldly create the future while keeping equity and sustainability at the center of all that we do.
  • We are the owners of our work and are energized by solving problems through a growth mindset lens. We think broadly and creatively through every situation to create meaningful impact.
  • We offer comprehensive compensation packages and inclusive health and wellness benefits.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
