We’re looking for a sharp, organized and execution-focused Product Operations Specialist to join our team at Commit.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly — from coordinating processes to tracking details and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a hands-on operational role that supports our product teams by keeping the engine running.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and streamline product-related operational processes.
- Manage documentation, status updates, timelines, and feature tracking.
- Work with product managers to ensure deadlines are met and information is up-to-date.
- Collect and organize user feedback, product data, and support insights
- Monitor and report on product performance and usage trends
- Drive internal communication and alignment between product, engineering, and design
- Maintain product tools and internal systems (e.g., Jira, Notion) to support efficient workflows
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related operational/analytical field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on operational experience – ideally in tech, product ops, or business ops.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in native-level English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- A team player, someone who loves getting things done.
