The Product Business Analyst 4 role supports the product management team in day-to-day execution, liaising with the Product Development team as needed. This role is a Subject matter expert in market research and customer needs analysis. This role writes user stories for the most complex customers, helps manage the product backlog and manages prioritization, and support collection and analysis of multiple data sources.
Job Responsibilities:
Document epics and write user stories for the most complex and largest customers. Elicit high-level requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints
Act as a SME liaison between the Product Management and Product Development Team to guide the PD team and make sure business needs are being conveyed and met e.g., clarify and elaborate stories as needed with developers, provide feedback on WIP and completed user stories
Participates as a SME in the development and management of the product roadmap
Maintain prioritization of the product backlog. Partner with stakeholders, especially development teams to communicate, prioritize and estimate product requirements. Participate in formal grooming and poker planning sessions required for new features, enhancements and bug fix work efforts
Mentors and may coach less experienced team members
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors and 5 years or HS/GED and 9 years
Expert level knowledge of all aspects of agile methodology
Subject Matter Expert in Market Research and customer needs analysis
Proven track record in driving critical projects to successful implementation on time and on budget
Experience creating user stories and documenting epics
Experience in performing complex analytical work though robust data models
Knowledge and use of behavioral analysis tools to understand user experience across different landscapes
Experienced in analyzing data sets, creating flow diagrams, preparing high level summaries and workflows
Experience working with management to improve operating procedures, reduce cost and inefficiencies
Experienced in quality assurance and usability testing
Preferred Qualifications:
8 years in a Business Analyst or Product Analyst role
Experience with TRIPS software
Experience with Reg E & Reg Z (Debit Card & Credit Card)

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
