Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Molecular Imaging (MI) Product Sales Specialist (PSS) who drives sales and market share growth for our Molecular Imaging portfolio across Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkan countries.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies (direct and indirect sales), building strong customer relationships, and providing expert MI product knowledge to healthcare professionals.
The role is homebased in either Athens or Thessaloniki metropolitan region.

Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for Molecular Imaging products within the designated territory
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identify and target new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Build, cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, hospital administrators, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and capabilities of GE HealthCare's Molecular Imaging solutions
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers, ensuring optimal utilization and satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely and trustful with regional sales teams, clinical applications specialists, and service engineers to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and provide valuable market feedback
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner
  • Represent GE HealthCare at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events

Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine).
  • Proven successful experience in selling complex medical technology solutions to healthcare providers
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkan countries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Fluency in English and Greek is essential; knowledge of other Balkan languages is a significant advantage
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory (Greece, Cyprus, and Balkan countries)
  • High self-motivation, results-orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
Highly desired additional experiences and skills that can also be trained "on-the-job" are:
  • Experience in capital goods preferably within Imaging and/or Molecular Imaging (PET/CT, SPECT/CT)
  • In-depth knowledge of Molecular Imaging technologies, clinical applications, and competitive landscape
