Colebrook Bosson Saunders Product Specialist - Americas Channel

Summary Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive awareness and market share of Colebrook Bosson Saunders (CBS) products sold under Herman Miller brand throughout North, Central, and South American markets

  • Lead product education and training for dealers across the Americas

  • Serve as connection point between Herman Miller and CBS teams to align activities and build product awareness

  • Make CBS products "simple to sell and better to buy" throughout NAC and LAC markets

Key Activities:

  • Deliver in-person and virtual product training to dealer networks aligned with business strategies set by Dealer, Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams

  • Build strong relationships with Sales Leaders to grow dealer connections

  • Use data to develop focused dealer contact plans aligned with regional strategies

  • Track product/dealer performance metrics to drive revenue growth

  • Coordinate product channel activity calendar to maximize product focus

  • Manage product samples for dealers and clients

  • Ensure optimal product visibility in showrooms and supporting materials

  • Support budget planning and ROI tracking on Sample program and activities Provide market insights and user feedback to product teams

  • Become SME on product portfolio to support on key opportunities, reducing complexity and providing solutions

  • Support marketing and digital asset content creation based on market requirements

  • Champion product commercialization processes for successful launches

Requirements:

  • Product expertise to simplify complex offerings for sales teams

  • Ability to maintain bilingual content (English and Spanish)

  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders

  • Data analysis capabilities to track performance and adjust tactics

  • Training Delivery (in person and virtual)

  • Flexibility to travel (North and Latin America)

A starting compensation range for this role is $69,920.00 - $92,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs. The company offers a full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Dependent Day Care Savings Account, Life Insurance, Disability and Other Insurance Plans, Paid Time Off (including Vacation and Parental Leave), Holidays, 401(k), and Short/Long Term Disability, in addition to other special perks reserved for our associates.
