The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Production Engineering Senior Manager in Everett, WA to support the KC-46 team.
The KC-46 Production Engineering Senior Manager leads KC-46 Liaison Engineering (LE)/Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Production Engineering (PE) managers and engineers to support KC-46 build, testing, and delivery at EMC (Everett Modification Center), Boom Shop, EDC (Everett Delivery Center), and MDC (Military Delivery Center). They provide leadership, planning, coordination, and people skills to KC-46 Production Engineering organization.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

- Accountable to plan, coordinate, and manage daily implementation of Production Engineering organization at all build locations.
- Collaborate with BCA Production Engineering LE/ME/Tooling (TE) teams as needed to help integrate Commercial Derivative Aircraft SOW across BDS and BCA.
- Ability to multi-task and effect immediate recovery plans for unplanned events.
- Work closely with Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Liaison Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Customer Representatives on 767-2C and KC-46.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 5+ years' management experience.
- 5+ years' production engineering experience.
- Experience in management of Material Review Board (MRB) performing MRB product review.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Substantial manufacturing engineering domain knowledge as manager and individual contributor is preferred.
- Knowledge of production engineering processes and tools.
- Experience with large-scale production improvement implementations.
- Coaching, guiding, and leading production improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple groups and functions.
