Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a related manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications and knowledge of JIT communication devises and MRP systems.
Additional Essential Job Functions:
- Provide direction to supervisors and employees to ensure plant efficiency, quality, and safety goals are met per the objectives of the organization.
- Ensure all documentation is followed up on in a timely fashion.
- Perform any duties or take responsibility for other duties as instructed or needed to ensure production or operational success.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with customer's staff to ensure delivery and quality issues are addressed.
