We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support program operations and community initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient execution of services while supporting internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily program operations and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and efficiency
- Track program metrics and prepare reports for leadership
- Support community initiatives, events, and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Assist in improving processes to enhance program effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or nonprofit environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
