We are hiring a Program Finance Lead to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.

What you'll be doing:

Partnering closely with our Program Managers and cross-functional teams (Contracts, Accounting), you are responsible for the planning and execution of all activities related to life-cycle program financial management.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience providing financial oversight and strategic support across multiple programs in a government contracting environment.
  • Lead program-level and division-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, EACs, burn analysis, variance analysis, and project set-up for assigned portfolio of programs.
  • Coordinate monthly forecast updates and support monthly close activities.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models that evaluate key performance metrics; produce monthly reports for executive and operational review.
  • Manage relationships and work with operational leaders to ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the program life cycle, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to clearly present monthly results to senior leadership, effectively communicate risks and opportunities, and deliver insight on financial impact of business decisions.
  • Review contract modifications and subcontractor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
  • Comfortable working in a Google Drive / Slack environment.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Prior experience working with different contract types, especially FFP and T&M.
  • Prior experience working in Unanet or similar ERP system.
  • Prior experience working with Power BI and/or data visualization / analytics tools are a plus.
  • Superior communication skills, analytical thinking, and financial acumen.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS and CAS.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically. 
  • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance.

Compensation:

At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $125,000
