The Digital Modernization sector has an immediate opening for a Program Financial Analyst Lead, to support multiple mid-sized programs within the Air Force and Defense Agencies Division.

In this role, you will be a key member of the program teams and work directly with the program managers to help define financial goals and objectives; create and maintain a program's budget and schedule; analyze progress reported against the program baseline; identify risks and opportunities against the program baseline; and recommend actions to improve progress to achieve flawless program execution.

You will also prepare and present financial forecasts, reports, and analysis. You will serve as a liaison between the program team and cross-functional departments to perform financial research, manage a program’s general ledger, and/or monitor a program’s cash flow. To be successful in this role, you should possess a working knowledge of multiple contract types, tools and processes to support program audits and ensure policy/program compliance.

Position can be 100% telecommute.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive financial forecasts and bottoms-up cost models

  • Manage and analyze the program revenue and costs

  • Month-end closings and variance/trend analyses

  • Cash management to include timely submittal of invoices, collections and unbilled reduction

  • Deliverables: Estimate at Completion (EACs), Quarterly Financial Status Reviews (QFSR), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), AOP and Quarterly Forecast

  • Provide ad hoc assistance to manager on other programs

   

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience related to Program Finance

  • Familiar with multiple contract types, such as FFP, LOE, CPFF, and T&M

  • Detail oriented, independent worker, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Microsoft Excel skills

  • Government contracting industry experience

  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Leidos Financial Systems and Processes: Costpoint, Fusion, Deltek

  • Excel Expertise and PowerPoint Presentations

  • Government contracting industry experience

  • Experience with PowerBI dashboards

  • Active Secret clearance

Pay Range:Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
