About the role: 

The Program Associate is responsible for providing operational support for Enova’s strategic lending partnerships. This person will support the change management process of partnership product offerings, operations, credit, and technology. They will serve as a key partner in project management, driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external bank partners to ensure partnership initiatives are handled efficiently and meet service level agreements. This individual will also assist with audits and reviews completed by the strategic partners, investors or their respective regulators. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall support of the day-to-day operations with strategic partners, including managing the flow of documents, decisions between groups (internal + external), product statuses and deadlines.
  • Maintain knowledge of partnership product offerings and actively support product development and change initiatives.
  • Act as a strong partner in project management by collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines set by external partners. This includes building project plans and executing them with team support. 
  • Identify, streamline, and improve repetitive, high-volume operational processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Manage and resolve operational issues and internal processes with external bank partners.
  • Communicate constantly internally and externally with stakeholders, including operations, marketing, analytics, compliance and legal.

Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or an audit-like function.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing projects in a dynamic environment through organization, strategic planning, and prioritization.
  • Experience working with compliance teams and regulators, e.g. compliance and audit committees, FDIC, CFPB, etc..
  • Self-driven and displays a high level of initiative toward process improvement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills when communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
  • Consideration given to: MicroStrategy experience, SQL knowledge, etc.

Compensation: 

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $68,000 to $85,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
