We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Lead to support Oura’s D2C eCommerce business. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of GTM Program Management, the Program Management lead will manage a portfolio of eCommerce initiatives as well as the respective run the business requirements. Your partnership with D2C business and products lead as well as a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and cross-cultural solid communication skills will be vital in driving the success of our direct channel programs and organizational goals.

What you will do: 

  • Serve as the strategic lead and central point of accountability for the DTC/eCommerce roadmap, ensuring milestones are met and cross-functional teams are aligned 
  • Manage, track, and deliver the eCommerce roadmap ensuring all high priority programs are delivered on-time while maintaining an uncompromising standard of quality.
  • Build new market entry program plans inclusive of all cross-functional dependencies, such as product and trade compliance, legal regulations, payment method setup, supply chain requirements, and membership experience
  • Build and implement repeatable processes to continuously improve our delivery schedule, minimize risk, and grow the business in a scalable fashion
  • Align and inspire cross-functional teams to support all roadmap deliverables. Partner closely with technical program managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of roadmap projects.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to make data- driven decisions for planning and optimization.

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based in New York or Boston. 

Requirements

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 8+ years in the eCommerce space with specific experience with high-level technical requirements, product GTM strategy, marketing partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management
  • Must have international expansion experience for a hypergrowth organization
  • Experience launching products and sales channels into new, international markets with a deep understanding of requirement gathering and compliance monitoring best practices
  • This role will require you to be comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team 
  • Familiarity with eCommerce best practices and the ability to integrate with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • PM experience (PMP certification preferred) 
  • Vast experience managing a D2C/ecommerce sales channel in the consumer technology world

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $170,000 - $200,000 
  • Region 2 $154,700 - $182,000 
  • Region 3 $138,400 - $164,000
