The Program Manager 2, Inbound Planning will be accountable for Inbound Planning S&OE activities within the Operations Planning team. This role will support our DC to Store S&OE, driving weekly routines aimed at driving Operational execution across Supply Chain Operations, Transportation and Store Operations. In addition, this role will focus on Operational Scaled Event planning and execution and delivering impactful ad-hoc analyses. The Program Manager 2 will work cross-functionally with key teams, including Merchandising and Allocation, Inbound Flow, Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, and Store Operations, to optimize operational processes, improve decision-making, and ensure alignment across the organization.
This individual will possess strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex projects within a dynamic and cross-functional environment. This role will be pivotal in driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operational alignment, and delivering successful execution.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Manage weekly Inbound Planning S&OE routines focused on DC to Store activities, including planning, facilitation, and follow-ups. Analyze operational performance metrics and identify actionable insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate DC to Store S&OE outcomes into clear action plans and monitor progress. Clearly communicate findings, recommendations and progress updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Lead planning efforts for Scaled Event Inbound execution across Operations, ensuring alignment with Inbound Flow, Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, and Store Operations teams. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations during peak-periods.
Conduct deep-dive analyses based on the outcomes of Inbound S&OE routines and organizational needs. Deliver data-driven recommendations to address operational challenges and optimize processes.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Operations and other functions to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE…
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Business/Financial analysis, or a related role, with a strong focus on operational planning and execution.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or basic SQL is a plus.
Experience working in a strategy-focused role, with a strong ability to align operational execution with long-term business objectives.
Familiarity with program and project management tools and methodologies.
Demonstrated business acumen, analytical expertise, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and deliver strategic outcomes in a dynamic S&OE environment.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage large and complex data sets, and develop actionable insights to support decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
