Position Overview
Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Program Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and delivery of technology solutions that support a world-class digital learning experience. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and product teams, translating business needs into technical requirements while driving platform enhancements, process improvements, and technology initiatives across the learning ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS), business analysis, and cross-functional program management. This role is responsible for optimizing learning platform experiences, gathering and documenting business requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
Location: Remote (U.S.)
- Serve as the subject matter expert for learning technology platforms, including Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), Adobe Connect, Qualtrics, TidWit, SharePoint, and curriculum development tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Rise.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements across the organization.
- Develop a deep understanding of learning platform user experience challenges and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for Product and Engineering teams.
- Support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and enhancement recommendations based on stakeholder needs.
- Lead technology initiatives including platform migrations, automation efforts, enhancements, and strategic improvement projects.
- Manage project plans, identify risks, communicate project status, and ensure successful on-time delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for platform administration and collaborate with internal product and technology teams.
- Evaluate current technical solutions, identify process gaps, and recommend future-state improvements.
- Communicate new platform releases, features, and capabilities while driving stakeholder awareness and adoption.
- Manage user provisioning within Adobe systems and support platform administration activities.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions that support the learning ecosystem.
- Maintain documentation for applications, technical processes, and key business decisions.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage project execution, communicate project status, and contribute as a technology subject matter expert.
- Author and schedule content within Adobe Learning Manager as needed to support business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and future technology investments.
- Build alignment across business and technical stakeholders to accelerate delivery and improve the overall learning experience.
- 3–10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Architecture, Learning Technologies, Program Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively share knowledge across teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical discussions across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage internal relationships and influence stakeholders to remove roadblocks.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive projects to successful completion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar).
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Connect, Qualtrics, SharePoint, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, TidWit, or similar collaboration and learning technologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise learning platforms, digital education environments, or subscription-based learning solutions.
- Experience with user provisioning and administration within Adobe ecosystems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $190,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
