We are searching for a Program Manager on our College Partner Services team that oversees operations related to our college partners, as QuestBridge seeks to connect high school students to undergraduate opportunities. Reporting to the Director, the Program Manager will will be a key player in furthering the QuestBridge mission. 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and execution of the team’s work to maximize the impact of QuestBridge’s programs for high school students.
  • Provide operational support to college partners enabling their participation in QuestBridge programs. 
  • Develop communications and resources for college partners, ensuring messaging is presented in a clear and concise way.
  • Analyze partner data trends to better understand and facilitate student placements. 
  • Plan partner colleges’ participation in QuestBridge events, including collaborative meetings and conferences.
  • Track partner engagement and communication through Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage college partner participation in QuestBridge outreach and education efforts, such as our in-person and virtual conferences.
  • Play a significant role  efforts to evaluate and select students for various programs. 
  • Perform other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of full-time professional experience.
  • Passion for and knowledge of issues in higher education, particularly highly selective college admissions and financial aid processes.
  • Process oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to understand and communicate complex processes in a straightforward way.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
  • Strong comfort with technology and data, with the ability to evaluate and improve current operations. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with superior writing and editing ability. 
  • Heightened sensitivity to students from low-income backgrounds and a strong track record of handling sensitive personal information and situations.
    Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, IF statements, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions), Canva, Salesforce, Tableau and Slate.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, but able to maintain focus on the larger picture. Rigorous quality standards in terms of quantitative accuracy, text editing, and visual aesthetics.

  • Desire to grow and develop professionally. Quick study, independently resourceful.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and skills for the position. The range for the position is $62,400 - $78,000.

Hours and Location of Work

This is a regular, full-time position that is remote within the US. Employees will be expected to be engaged online and travel when necessary.  Travel may include up to 2-4 times per year for internal and external organizational events.
