DIRECTV is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead our Ethics and Integrity investigations program across the enterprise. This key role will be responsible for managing forensic investigations involving company representatives, including dealers, field technicians, and call center agents. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain investigation processes, support Asset Protection initiatives, provide governance for cross-functional fraud matters, and facilitate alignment on disciplinary actions. This position plays a crucial role in upholding our company's ethical standards, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of integrity throughout the organization.

Here's what you’ll do:

  • Program manage forensic ethics and integrity investigations across the enterprise, ensuring thorough and timely resolution.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the forensic investigations intake process, including case prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Establish and implement standardized investigation protocols and best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of Asset Protection initiatives and strategies.
  • Serve as the governance lead for cross-functional matters related to fraud detection and prevention.
  • Facilitate alignment on disciplinary actions resulting from investigations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis assessments to identify systemic issues and recommend preventive measures.
  • Support the lead compliance analyst in addressing Ethics and Integrity risks to the business.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, and other departments to ensure appropriate handling of sensitive investigations.
  • Prepare and present investigation findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Monitor investigation metrics and prepare regular reports on program effectiveness.
  • Stay current with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices in ethics and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of ethics and integrity training programs.
  • Participate in special projects related to ethics, compliance, and risk management as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Law, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus!
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in ethics and compliance, corporate investigations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing complex investigations, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of investigation methodologies and forensic techniques.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention strategies.
  • Experience with case management systems and investigation documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal and HR departments on employee-related matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in telecommunications, retail, or service industries is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional), or similar credentials are highly desirable.

This Program Manager, Ethics and Integrity position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact on our organization's ethical culture and risk management practices. This role requires, but is not limited to, 20% travel to meet with internal teams as needed.

DIRECTV's compensation structure is designed to be market-competitive and fully supports efforts to attract and retain employees. It is the company's policy to offer pay that is competitive with other employers in the local market. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES: $116,375 - $211,255

Low (N1): $116,375 - $174,515

Mid (N2): $122,500 - $183,700

High (N3): $134,750 - $202,070

Top (N4): $140,875 - $211,255
