- Fleet & Asset Management: Oversee maintenance, inventory, branding, and tracking of mobile units
- Event Execution: Plan and manage mobile deployments for events and strategic locations, handling logistics, staffing, and marketing collaboration
- Sales Enablement: Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and staff training to drive conversions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, Retail Ops, and Network teams for seamless execution
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to unit performance, events, customer acquisition, and sales; deliver actionable insights
- Operational Improvement: Optimize logistics and sales processes to enhance customer experience and ROI
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years in program/project management, ideally in retail ops, event planning, or telecom
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and logistics
- Proficiency in project management tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with mobile retail units or field marketing in the wireless industry
- Event planning background focused on sales or customer acquisition
- Knowledge of wireless products, services, and market trends
