Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager Intern to support cross-functional teams in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to program management practices, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking within a fast-paced, global work environment.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are interested in program management, operations, or business strategy and want real-world experience managing projects across multiple teams.

Internship Details
  • Duration: 3 months, with potential extension based on performance

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • Work Mode: Remote

  • Stipend: Unpaid initially; performance-based evaluation in the first quarter may lead to a paid internship extension or full-time opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating multiple programs and initiatives

  • Support project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across teams

  • Prepare program documentation, status reports, and dashboards

  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and action items and support mitigation plans

  • Support internal meetings, follow-ups, and communication workflows

  • Help improve program processes and documentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:

    • Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Basic understanding of project or program management concepts

Preferred / Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)

  • Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
