- Role Summary: As a Program Manager Non Tech 2, you will play a crucial role in unblocking customer sales and deployments of Microsoft security products. You will work with a global diverse team of product managers to optimize operations and ensure successful project completion.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Work with Product Marketing to develop persona-driven playbooks for BDMs and buyers in the Privacy space for Azure Purview Privacy and Priva.
- Develop a deployment framework for customers that includes both M365 Priva and Azure Purview, guiding customers in accelerating their deployments of Privacy solutions.
- Create internal white papers mapping privacy regulations to DSP & Compliance vertical products and identify their impact on current solution offerings.
- Develop field training content for Azure Purview Data Governance, including compete playbooks, 1-pagers, and presentations.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of overall experience in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Program Management Experience of at least 3 years.
- Effective legal research skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- DevOps experience of at least 3 years.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Microsoft licensing specialist or PMP certification.
- Certification in Sales Force Administrator.
