We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex federal information technology programs. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, and ensure all contractual, technical, financial, and schedule requirements are met. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with extensive experience managing federal IT programs.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of complex federal IT programs and projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government customers, contracting officers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage and mentor project managers and technical teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Monitor program performance using established metrics and provide regular status reports to Government leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Support business development activities by providing technical and program management expertise for proposals and contract transitions.

Required Experience
  • 10+ years of management experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects of a similar size and scope for the Federal Government
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Extensive experience managing information technology evaluations
  • Extensive experience developing and tracking schedule, cost, and risk for projects of similar size and scope in an Information Technology environment
  • Understanding of Federal Government policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines
  • Understanding of Federal Government contracting and billing processes along with experience in cost control management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing executive leadership and Government stakeholders.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
Remote position. Candidates must reside and work from one of the following states: AZ, FL, KS, VA, KY, MO, TN, TX, or GA.
