Position: Program Manager

Reporting to: Senior Program Manager

Location: U.S. Remote

Date: December 2025

Position Overview

The Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving and executing complex technical and business programs across the organization. This position oversees all phases of program delivery, from planning and execution to reporting and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, deadlines, and budgets. The Program Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages risks, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

This individual will work closely with senior management, cross functional project team members, and other Program Managers to steer the projects and functional departments toward achieving intended technical and commercial results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, a positive attitude, strong organizational and teamwork skills, attention to details, and a positive sense of urgency. Additionally, they will have proven self-directed project management skills and experience with project and product lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

· Lead, prioritize, and deliver moderate to large-scale projects, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.

· Make informed decisions independently and collaboratively, balancing technical, business, and strategic priorities.

· Provide technical guidance and risk management, proactively identifying and resolving issues with urgency.

· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse, cross-functional teams.

· Monitor project performance using established tools and methodologies, reporting progress and corrective actions to stakeholders and executive management.

· Champion product lifecycle and process development, driving adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.

· Ensure project phase approvals meet defined criteria and organizational standards.

· Coordinate documentation and communication between departments, customers, and leadership for high-impact, strategic projects.

· Prepare and distribute project communications, including meeting minutes, schedules, and playbooks.

· Set and manage expectations, priorities, and urgency for all stakeholders.

· Provide timely, transparent updates on project status and progress to management.

Competencies

· Proven skills in project/program planning, execution, and management.

· Strong collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

· Experience with project management software and MS Office tools.

· Effective prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.

· Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership roles.

· Hands-on leadership style and proactive problem-solving.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

· Analytical and structured decision-making skills.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, engineering or other related field

· Minimum two years of Program Management experience or similar role

· Minimum two years of manufacturing experience

· Microsoft Project Software Experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

· Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

· PMP Certification

· Graduate Degree

· Lean / Six Sigma
