Platinum Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for contract performance, operational continuity, Agile delivery oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires demonstrated experience managing mission-critical federal IT programs involving Oracle-based systems, AWS cloud environments, DevSecOps integration, regulatory deadlines, and Firm-Fixed-Price contract execution. The selected candidate must possess strong leadership, compliance oversight, and executive communication capabilities, with experience supporting NOAA, DOC, or similarly regulated federal environments preferred.
This role is remote with customer site visits required as needed. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Required Skills.
•10+ years of federal IT program management experience
•Experience managing Oracle/AWS environments
•Demonstrated Agile and DevSecOps governance experience
•Strong risk and compliance management background
•Experience operating under FFP contracts
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
•Experience supporting users in fisheries management, marine science, or environmental regulatory organizations
•Familiarity with the commercial fishing industry or fisheries management processes (permits, quotas, reporting, etc.)
•Supported software systems used for regulatory reporting, permitting, or compliance tracking
