About the Role

The Program Manager role focuses on facilitating the successful delivery of external and internal programs. A Program Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining strong customer relationships while managing multiple concurrent initiatives that directly impact our Company's future. The Program Manager will play a key role in scaling program execution, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across internal teams and customer-facing implementation. The Program Manager is highly organized, articulate, and comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization. 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Ability to lead through influence by proactively communicating with and guiding executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity on priorities, decision making and accountability across programs
  • Partner cross-functionally; facilitate collaboration, teamwork, and communication to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected activities to deliver against the project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Maintain effective day to day communications with the customer to remain aligned on project initiatives and milestones
  • Manage dependencies, get ahead of risks, and surface information that will allow the teams to make sound strategic decisions and tradeoffs
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information to ensure progress is transparent and visible to leadership
  • Establish effective project plans and ensure their execution
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Support change management and adoption for new processes
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Promote a trusting and safe environment that allows team members to engage in healthy debate and collaborative problem solving
  • Provide peer mentorship 

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years proven experience in managing various types of projects/programs 
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding leadership skills,organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Displays growth-mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple programs/projects simultaneously
  • An excellent facilitator, amazing communicator, and skilled listener with a strong understanding of team dynamics
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives and business leaders
  • Exhibit a positive can-do attitude and willingness to work in a hyper-growth environment; in other words, you can roll up your sleeves and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Asana is a plus
  • BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Travel Required on an as-needed basis

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $87,202 and $128,538. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
