In This RoleYou will serve as a key operational partner supporting executive-level business rhythms, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, communications, and strategic priorities. This role focuses on managing and optimizing Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes, including calendar governance, executive meeting preparation, and cross-organizational alignment. You will collaborate closely with business managers, administrative partners, and leadership stakeholders to ensure readiness, content alignment, and execution of high-impact meetings and initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements, support the rollout of new workflow tools (including AI-driven solutions), and help drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end management of the Rhythm of Business (ROB), including calendar planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate executive-level meetings (e.g., reviews, leadership syncs, and steering committees), including agenda planning, materials preparation, and follow-ups.
- Develop and manage workback schedules to ensure timely readiness for key deliverables and meetings.
- Maintain and continuously update cross-organizational ROB calendars, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and functions.
- Partner with business managers and administrative stakeholders to ensure preparedness, alignment, and visibility into upcoming priorities.
- Track meeting logistics including attendance, responses, and action items.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives for the executive office.
- Contribute to the adoption and improvement of new workflows, including AI-assisted tools and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, business operations, or executive support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across multiple teams.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with rapid execution timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive leadership or operating within executive office environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools and interest in leveraging automation (e.g., copilots or agent-based workflows).
- Experience driving process improvements or operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prior experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- PMI or PMP certification.
- Exposure to enterprise-level business rhythms and cross-functional coordination models.
Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $90000 - $100000 USD annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
