Job Summary
 

The Clinical Operations team at Crossover Health is responsible for the workflow design and implementation of new clinics and associated programs and services across our national footprint. The Program Manager - Partnerships role supports Medical Group priorities including operational alignment of new partnerships, deployment and operations of clinical programs, and close collaboration with the implementation team to effectively grow the organization. Core responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the client and client team to support onsite operations, program growth, communications and reporting.

  • Specific to the Program focus, supports Sales and Account Management teams, RFI responses, clinic and staffing models, forecasts, and budgeting.

  • Responsible for  focused program initiation and optimization efforts to operate at scale as assigned by the Enterprise Operations Manager: 

    • Develop and continuously optimize program workflows, integrations, regulatory compliance, ROI, reporting, and related KPIs.

    • Provide program and partnership oversight and manage any needed procurement, vendor, or other relationships.

    • Establish reporting/KPIs, provide regular updates on program performance to leadership and make recommendations for continuation, conclusion, or enhancements as needed based on business value.

  • Implement and revise program/s to enable clinic efficiency, quality, and patient/client satisfaction and meet contractual agreements.

  • Establish and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals within budget and timelines.

  • Remotely support new program implementations, as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications 

  • Four year degree from an accredited college or university

  • 2-3 years of employment in a related position preferably in clinical settings 

  • Must be able to travel between 25%-50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinical licensure: Registered Nursing license (not state specific)

  • Highly organized with experience in managing and prioritizing projects, both big and small, to completion with high attention to detail 

  • Strong team player with excellent oral, verbal, presentation and communication skills. Proven ability to interface with all customer levels (physicians and organizational staff).

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Mac OS (Pages, KeyNote, and Numbers) and Google office products.

  • Proficiency in leading LEAN/Six Sigma methodology

Physical Job Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.

The base pay range for this position is $105,999.00 to $143,099 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
