We are seeking a Project Administrator 1 to provide administrative and project support for RH2 Engineering, and subsidiary, Control Systems NW (CSNW) teams. Working under the direction of RH2 and CSNW project managers, this role supports the project team by preparing contracts, assisting with procurement, coordinating meetings and documentation, and maintaining accurate project deliverables. The ideal candidate is an adaptable team player with strong organizational, communication, and time management skills who is willing to take on whatever is needed and works well with many different teams in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to supporting successful project delivery.

With your skills you will:

  • Assist in the preparation of project contracts, subconsultant agreements, correspondence, and other documentation, following quality, document control, and compliance procedures to meet internal standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and distributors to issue purchase orders for material procurement, and track shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting communications, and assisting with travel reservations and expense reports.
  • Coordinate and attend project meetings, draft agendas, document key action items and decisions, and distribute information as directed.
  • Support communication between team members and project managers, and help keep the project team informed about changes and deadlines, as directed.
  • Special tasks and projects may be assigned.
  • Backup office support for the Office Coordinator.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience, in professional services or construction administration environment preferred. 
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing, or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Abode PDF), intermediate proficiency level preferred 
  • Knowledge of or experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is helpful.
  • Demonstrated time management skills, work under pressure, ability to prioritize tasks, and support team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and good organizational skills
  • Reliable attendance.
  • This is not a remote position.

Physical Requirements:

This position is primarily performed in an office/business setting. To successfully perform this job, an individual should have the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to:

  • Sit or stand at a desk for several hours to perform work in an office setting.
  • Ability to Lift 20 lbs. with or without accommodations.

Compensation Counts:

RH2 has an excellent multi-component compensation package built to recognize and financially reward our employees’ contributions throughout their career with the company. Individual base compensation will vary within the range of $32.00 to $36.00/hour based on skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees’ work/life balance and compensates for overtime at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week.
