Responsibilities:

  • Review and breakout contract form Sales
  • Create Submittal packets
  • Order and distribute samples from vendor to customer
  • Work closely with vendors on pricing and securing material needed for each project
  • Setup project in SAP software
  • Setup project and monitor in Monday.com
  • Create purchase order logs for purchaser
  • Track all materials to ensure materials are available to meet installation dates
  • Set up will calls and deliveries for installers and field managers
  • Key all orders in SAP software
  • Create work orders and diagrams for installers
  • Process installer payroll
  • Communicate with vendors, installers, General Contractors

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Project Coordination, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred

·         Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability

·         Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions

·         Superior written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

·         Reliable and self-motivated team player


Pay range: $27-$30/hour plus benefits
