We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful intake, review, and execution of projects across the organization.

  • Provide timely, professional, and proactive communication
  • Respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, product, and customer teams

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, quality assurance, or a related role
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and data integrity
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review and interpret project data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with internal systems, project management tools, and spreadsheets
  • Customer-focused approach with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

What's in it for you:

The opportunity to join PlanHub, named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, marking our fifth consecutive year on the list—a testament to sustained growth and momentum. You can make an immediate impact as PlanHub moves to dominate the industry!

This role offers a base salary of $46,000 - 50,000 per year, depending on experience.

This position will be a remote position within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
