Premier Research is looking for a Project Finance Analyst II to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide financial support, analysis, and reporting to help projects meet financial targets.
  • Prepare monthly revenue and backlog reports for assigned projects.
  • Partner with project teams to drive decisions that improve financial performance.
  • Track and report project financials, manage change orders, and build strong team relationships.
  • Collaborate with project managers on cash flow, LOIs, work orders, and change orders.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and special projects in partnership with your line manager.

What We Are Searching For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or international equivalent).
  • 2–4 years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in a service organization
  • Must have at least 1 year working in Clinical Research, preferably with a CRO.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills; familiarity with web-based communication tools. Workday experience a plus.
  • Must have 606 experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is around $70,000.00+ USD negotiable. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
