Job Details:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end migration from CPR+ to CareTend. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical technology transition for our organization. As a key member of the project team, you will have full ownership over this high-impact project including full oversight of all project components such as timeline management, resource coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and engagement across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure the project remains on track for a successful, timely migration. Previous experience with CPR+ or CareTend is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans detailing milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resources for the CPR+ to CareTend migration.

  • Full Project Oversight: Manage all components of the project, including technical aspects, personnel allocation, data migration, and compliance requirements.

  • Timeline Management: Ensure that the project adheres to the scheduled start date with regular progress assessments to keep the project on track.

  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (as necessary) to secure resources and support for each phase of the project.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to maintain project integrity.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and report project status to leadership on a regular basis.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and the migration is executed without disruptions to operational functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • PMP Cerification preferred

  • 3+ years of project management experience, particularly with software migrations or large-scale IT projects.

  • Previous experience with CPR+ or CareTend software is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of software development and data migration principles.
