Scope:
A Project Manager within RecordPoint is pivotal in driving a positive customer experience, customer success and long-term partnerships. This role entails managing the overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds expectations. Reporting to our VP of Customer Experience, the Project Manager will be instrumental in both maximising client value from the platform and achieving our customer’s strategic objectives with RecordPoint.
This is a short term 3-4 months full time contract.
You will be Responsible for:
- The Project Manager (PM) will work closely with Account Managers to be a primary contact for our customers during the delivery phase, dedicated to overseeing the client engagement lifecycle from initiation to renewal. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that align with client goals and RecordPoint’s offerings, ensuring strong positive customer experiences, satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of communication and managing client expectations throughout the engagement.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling within the client accounts while ensuring the delivery of continuous value through our solutions and services.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, demonstrating a strong focus on results and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
- Deliver implementation projects on-time and on-budget with a highly positive customer experience.
- Document, coordinate, and monitor implementation projects from kick-off through to production go-live.
You will do:
- Create and manage the project plan with input from the client and implementation team. Project planning includes incorporating deliverables, resource plans, milestone accountabilities, communication plans, and timelines.
- Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within scope and budget and prepare and deliver change requests when appropriate.
- Detailed project reporting & metrics are required to be produced ranging from regular internal status reports to customer progress reports. Clear and reliable tracking of effort expended for billing purposes will also need to be maintained.
- Ensure project resourcing project forecasts are accurate, through effective analysis and development of mitigation plans for any significant potential risks.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss their account status, align on future goals, and present solutions that enhance their business operations.
- Monitor account health, identify risk of client churn, and devise pre-emptive strategies.
- Facilitate the resolution of any issues or concerns that arise during the customer lifecycle, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serves as a strategic advisor to customer, aiming to enhance their business outcomes through effective utilisation of RecordPoint’s solutions.
About You:
- Have a minimum of five years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably with a background in enterprise software.
- Have a BS/BA degree in a business/finance or IT discipline or equivalent work experience.
- A strong track record of fostering long-term customer relationships and expanding customer accounts.
- Have experience in delivering both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to identify and leverage growth opportunities within customer accounts.
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive customer outcomes.
- A strong command of project management methods, business analysis, and work planning.
- Strong financial skills, especially budget tracking and reporting.
- Proficient computer skills including project management tools and fluency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- A commitment to mentoring team members and enhancing team performance through constructive feedback and support.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on the outputs and performance of workgroup members and take actions necessary for improvement.
- Ability to plan and organize own workload / resources and that of others to ensure responsibilities and commitments are performed to agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Eagerness to engage in continuous improvement of RecordPoint business practices and customer outcomes.
