Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale API platform implementation initiative. The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery across multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful completion within the targeted 15-month timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, and execution.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, business, QA, and operations teams.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with organizational goals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
  • Drive vendor and partner coordination where applicable.
  • Monitor program performance using KPIs and project metrics.
  • Oversee transition to support and maintenance teams after launch.
  • Ensure change management and communication plans are effectively executed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise application integration or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and complex dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience with API-driven platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and systems integration projects.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 37,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 132,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
