About Kyra

Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

About the role

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Project Manager to join Kyra's PMO. This is a foundational, hands-on role focused on the day-to-day operational backbone of our influencer marketing campaigns. You'll spend most of your time building and maintaining campaign infrastructure on our platform with a high bar for accuracy, with occasional ownership of timeline tracking as campaigns move through their lifecycle. It's a great fit for someone early in their PM career who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

What you'll do

Build and maintain brief shells on the Kyra platform with a high level of data accuracy, ensuring every campaign is set up correctly from the start.

Keep campaign data clean, consistent, and up to date across our systems, catching and correcting discrepancies before they become problems.

Work closely with the tech team, providing insights on workflow and UI/UX optimization to help improve the tools we use every day.

Track campaign timelines and flag risks or slippage, supporting the wider PM team as deadlines shift.

Handle general project admin and maintenance tasks that keep campaigns moving.

What we're looking for

0–2 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or admin-focused role (agency or marketing experience a plus, but not required).

Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy — you notice when something's off.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks consistently and reliably.

Comfortable working in web-based platforms and tools; quick to learn new systems.

A clear communicator who can share observations and suggestions with technical and non- technical teammates alike.

Proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within a PM function.

What success looks like

  • You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, detail focused and take real pride in getting things right. You notice when something doesn't quite add up and have the instinct to dig deeper, ask questions and find a way forward.

  • You bring a high level of initiative and ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do at every step, and once you take something on, you see it through. You're proactive about spotting what needs attention, comfortable making progress independently and know when to pull others in.

  • You're curious about AI and new technology and genuinely interested in finding smarter ways to work. Learning new tools, systems or ways of doing things doesn't phase you. You adapt quickly, enjoy experimenting and get up to speed fast.

  • Kyra moves fast, and that's probably an understatement. You're energised by high speed environments, comfortable when priorities evolve and able to adapt without losing focus or attention to detail.

  • You're open to feedback, keen to keep learning and build trust by being someone the team can consistently rely on.

Nice to have

Exposure to influencer marketing, social media, or creator campaigns.

Familiarity with tools like Asana, Slack, or similar project management software.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
