Overview 

This role is responsible for responsible for leading and supporting HR-related projects and initiatives. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and the successful implementation of HR strategies and programs across the organization. This is a remote role. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Please note that we do not work C2C.


RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

·       Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives.

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

·       Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics and outcomes.

·       Develop and deliver project documentation, training materials, and presentations as required.

·       Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR function, driving efficiencies and improving service delivery.           

·       Prepare HR reports, analytics, and metrics for leadership as required.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR practices and recommend solutions.

·       Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

·       10+ years’ experience in Project Management, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.

·       Strong experience in building workflows, automation, and project plans.

·       Proven track record of delivering complex HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·       Experience working with Smartsheet required.

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools.                                    

·       Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.         

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.             

·       Expert interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.                            

·       Advanced attention to detail, organization and prioritization.                            

·       Advanced cognitive, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

·       Growth mindset with an advanced ability to innovate, embrace change and have grit.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•        Bachelor’s degree required. Masters’ degree preferred.

•        Project Management certification a plus.  


                                                                                                                                                                           

 Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensational decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 4-month consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $70-$80/hr. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
