The Project Manager I is an entry-level professional who will support our simplest service implementation projects and lead successful end-to-end delivery. In addition to leading basic services projects, this role will support other project managers and the PMO team with administrative functions. In this role, you will perform foundational delivery tasks including schedule updates, meeting documentation, status tracking, and administrative project support. This role focuses on learning OSV delivery methodology, developing basic project management skills, and contributing effectively under close supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of simple customer implementation projects and support the creation of project plans
  • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects meet service‑delivery expectations for quality and timeliness
  • Create meeting notes, schedules, and documentation; seek clarification when needed
  • Build rapport with customers and internal teams; document decisions and route questions effectively
  • Keep project status updated in RocketLane and maintain accurate delivery health reporting
  • Flag risks early, propose mitigation ideas, and escalate blockers within 24 hours
  • Learn and understand core PMO standards
  • Participate in governance activities and apply PMO governance standards to each project
  • Support a positive customer experience through clear communication, expectation management, and timely responses
  • Learn OSV platforms, delivery processes, and new tools rapidly; adopt them effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-3 years of experience in project management or program coordination
